INGREDIENTS:
3 tablespoons LSA
1½ cups almond milk
1 banana
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon cacao
Ice
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place everything in blender and process until smooth and creamy.
Serve in your favourite glass or jar over ice.
