What is it?
Basically both these forms of vanilla makes unbaking taste like magical unicorns.Vanilla paste is a spice that is an extract from a vanilla pod aka pure vanilla. This takes the hard work out of scraping out the inside vanilla beans.
Ground vanilla is dried vanilla pod. You can find this already grounded, or you can ground it yourself with a grounder similar to a pepper grounder.
Why is it good for me?
Its extract contains small amounts of B-complex groups of vitamins such as niacin, pantothenic acid, thiamin, riboflavin and vitamin B-6. These vitamins help in enzyme synthesis, nervous system function and regulating body metabolism.
