Healthy gourmet shakes are my go to snack. Generally we make them at home to take to work so we can enjoy mid morning. Ideally they should be consumed immediately, however, I’m not one to awkwardly blend and clean up in my open plan office – so even if it is a few hours old, I’m still congratulating myself for not eating a sugary muffin instead.
Bananas are great in shakes because not only do they add a satisfying texture, they slowly release energy keeping you level until your next meal. The almonds from the LSA and almond milk are your skins best friend as they are rich in vitamin E, copper magnesium, manganese, potassium, calcium and iron.
